Prior to that, he spent nearly two decades at Citibank, where he held leadership positions in marketing, digital, client experience, operations and technology. Throughout his career, Grover has provided transformational leadership across digital banking, marketing, product management, banking operations, payments, analytics, and member experience functions – all at the forefront of driving industry-leading growth, modernization, and member satisfaction.
